Our platform role
Florida Waterfront Services helps homeowners request help from one local provider. Requests are reviewed based on property location. Independent local providers perform any construction, repair, inspection, engineering, permitting, or warranty work.
Information a request may include
The website request form may collect the homeowner’s name, phone number, email address, property city or area, requested service, project description, source page, consent version, submission time, routing disposition, and related operational status.
How request information is used
- Receive, validate, review, and process the request.
- Use the property location to determine the appropriate geographic disposition.
- Maintain a private operational record and notify the founder that a request was received.
- Share the request with one local provider serving the property area.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and quality-check the request-routing process.
One-provider sharing and provider availability
One request is not distributed to multiple competing providers. Florida Waterfront Services may share information reasonably needed to respond with one independent local provider serving the property area. A submission does not guarantee that a provider is available, will respond, or will accept the project.
Technology and operational providers
Florida Waterfront Services may use website hosting, private storage, email-notification, security, and related technology providers when they are activated and necessary to operate the request process. Inactive systems are not represented as receiving information.
Storage, access, and retention
Operational request records are intended to remain in a founder-controlled private system with access limited by operational need. Information is retained only as reasonably needed for operational, security, dispute, legal, or business purposes and is restricted or securely disposed of when it is no longer retained.
No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
Independent provider responsibility
Independent providers are responsible for their estimates, services, pricing, licensing, insurance, workmanship, permits, warranties, customer communications, and any agreements they enter into with homeowners.
