These terms apply to the Florida Waterfront Services website and request-routing experience. Using the website or submitting a request does not create a construction, repair, inspection, engineering, permitting, warranty, or other service contract with Florida Waterfront Services.
Platform role
Florida Waterfront Services helps homeowners request help from one local provider. Requests are reviewed based on property location. Florida Waterfront Services operates the request-routing platform and does not perform construction, repair, inspection, engineering, permitting, or warranty work.
Independent local providers
Providers are independent businesses, not Florida Waterfront Services employees, crews, agents, or joint service providers. If a homeowner and provider choose to proceed, their service relationship and agreement are established separately.
Each independent provider controls and is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, scope, scheduling, permits, licensing, insurance, safety, workmanship, materials, warranties, customer communications, employees, subcontractors, and jobsite operations.
No provider or project-outcome guarantee
Submission does not guarantee that a suitable provider is available, will respond, will visit the property, will provide an estimate, or will accept the project. Florida Waterfront Services does not guarantee pricing, timing, permits, governmental or association approval, workmanship, warranties, project results, or a particular response time.
